Estampes du Nouvel An 年畫 (nianhua) représentant une paire de gardiens des portes 門神 (menshen) sur un fond orangé vif typique de la production des gardiens des portes des provinces du Guangdong 廣東 et du Fujian 福建. Ici, le menshen casqué, en robe de combat, armé d'une épée, d'un arc à flèches ainsi que d'une hallebarde en main, porte dans son dos des bannières inscrites du caractère du bonheur 福 (fu). Il est identifié comme le général Guan Yu 關於 (?-219) de la dynastie Shu Han (221-263) de la période des Trois Royaumes (220-280).
