Xylographie multicolore double représentant quatre personnages. À gauche, les deux personnages masculins sont identifiés comme étant 朱光祖 (Zhu Guangzu) et 黄天霸 (Huang Tianba). À droite, le personnage barbu est 羅四虎 (Luo Sihu), accompagné d'une servante. Il s'agit de l'épisode de "la prise de Luo sihu": 拿羅四虎 (na Si Luohu), inspirés des récits de Shi Gong (施公, ou Shi Shilun 施世綸, 1659-1722), légendaire fonctionnaire de l'ère Kangxi sous la dynastie Qing (1644-1911).
L'ensemble est signé de l'atelier de Tian Cheng 天成 et frappé d'un sceau rouge en écriture sigillaire: 朱仙鎮木板年畫博物館 (Zhuxian zhen muban nianhua bowuguan) indiquant que l'œuvre appartenait vraisemblablement au Musée des estampes du Nouvel An de Zhuxian (Kaifeng, Henan).
La feuille comporte deux estampes du même modèle qui ont pour vocation d'être séparées pour être vendues individuellement.
